Certified Adult Family Homes

We have a variety of 1-2 bedroom AFHs that are occupied by residents with a variety of needs.  Each residence follows the Department of Health Services' regulations. Staffing arrangements are made on an individual basis. Each member will have an individual service plan created that suites all of their needs and goals they may have.

Supportive Living

For individuals familiar with living on their own that need more support than being completely independent, we offer supportive living.  Each apartment is either a studio or one bedroom that can be supplied with basic furniture.  The amount of support is determined on an individual basis, but we can help with medication oversight, daily living tasks, transportation to appointments, and more.
