Certified Adult Family Homes

We offer a variety of 1-2 bedroom Adult Family Homes (AFHs) that accommodate residents with diverse needs. Each residence complies with the regulations set by the Department of Health Services. Staffing arrangements are tailored to meet individual requirements. An individualized service plan will be created for each resident to address their specific needs and goals.

Supportive Living

For individuals who are accustomed to living independently but require additional support, we provide supportive living options. Each apartment is either a studio or one-bedroom and can be furnished with basic items. The level of support is determined based on individual needs; we offer assistance with medication management, daily living tasks, transportation to appointments, and more.
